在举国上下深入学习贯彻党的十八大精神之即，我们迎来了山东省滨州畜牧兽医研究院建院五十周年。我院系创建于1963年的山东省家畜布氏杆菌病防治研究所，50年来，我院扎根滨州、立足山东、服务全国、面向世界，经过几代人的艰苦创业和辛勤耕耘，50年积淀，50载跨越，山东省滨州畜牧兽医研究院，已经发展成为国内外知名的区域性非营利社会公益性研究机构。

　　目前，我院拥有国家博士后科研工作站、省兽医生物技术重点实验室、省畜禽用蜂胶疫苗工程技术研究中心、省洼地绵羊繁育技术研究推广中心、省转基因试验基地等国家、省、市科技创新平台，被山东省人民政府授予“全省农业科研与推广先进单位”，连续多年荣获“省级文明单位”称号。50年来，培养了一批又一批勇于创新创业的科技人才，发表学术论文1000余篇，出版著作20余部。共取得获奖科技成果150余项，研制了各种新产品100多项，研究成果颁布为国家和省标准50余项；2项居世界领先水平的重大科研成果被国家科技部列为国家级科技成果重点推广计划，10多项成果技术被农业部和山东省畜牧兽医局列为主导品种和主推技术，多项新产品被联合国和我国列为政府采购目录产品，成果技术示范推广到全国30个省、市、自治区，取得了显著的社会经济效益。联合培养博士、硕士66名。并与美国、德国、加拿大、英国、比利时、以色列、日本、新西兰等10多个国家的相关单位建立了交流合作关系。50年来，我院积极服务地方经济发展，在全国建立了100多个科研推广示范基地和技术服务伙伴关系，培训各类技术人员100000多人，为我国畜牧兽医事业发展和农民致富增收做出了积极的贡献。

　　特别是经过近十年的科学发展，我们充分认识到：全面建设研学产合作创新特色研究院是符合我院实际的发展之道。人才是第一竞争力，“用好现有人才，留住关键人才，引进领军人才，培养骨干人才”的用人理念是人才强院的成功之道。科技自主创新是我院科技事业发展的后劲之所在、核心竞争力之所依、前途命运之所系，是全院的首要任务；研学产合作创新是全院产业报国可持续发展的特色与生命；科技推广服务是全院人才为本，服务社会的重要公益职能。

　　星移斗转，岁月沧桑。50年的风雨历程，50年的砥砺前行，50年的发展跨越，离不开全体员工的勤奋努力和艰苦奋斗，更离不开各级领导、社会同行的支持和关注。值此五十年华诞之际，我谨代表山东省滨州畜牧兽医研究院全体职工，向曾经在我院学习和工作过、陪伴我院一同成长的海内外朋友们致以诚挚的问候！向长期关心和支持我院创建和发展的新老朋友们表示衷心的感谢和最美好的祝愿！

　　For the deeply study and implement of the eighteenth national congress of CPC spirit through the whole nation, we ushered in the 50th anniversary of Shandong Binzhou Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine Academy. Our academy was originally established in 1963 as Shandong Animal Brucellosis Disease Prevention Institute. During the past fifty years, we have been in the taking root in Binzhou, basing in Shandong province, servicing the whole nation and facing the world. Shandong Binzhou Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine Academy has developed into one of the well-known regional non-profit social welfare research institution at home and abroad after 50 years’ hard work with semi century of accumulation and astride. 

　　Currently, our academy has many national, provincial, municipal platforms of sci-tech innovation, including national post-doctoral research station, Shandong key laboratory of veterinary biotechnology, Shandong livestock propolis vaccine engineering research center, Shandong wadi sheep breeding technology research center, Shandong transgenic test base. We were awarded “Agricultural Research and Promotion of Advanced Unit” by Shandong Provincial People's Government and won the “Provincial Civilized Unit” “for many consecutive years. During the past 50 years, we have trained batches of innovative skilled sci-tech talents, published more than 1000 papers as well as more than 20 books, been awarded more than 150 scientific and technological achievements, developed more than 100 new products and issued more than 50 national and provincial standards. Two major scientific research achievements with the world's leading standard were ranked as National key scientific and technological achievements promotion plan by Ministry of Science and Technology and more than 10 achievements were ranked as the dominant species and main push technology by the Ministry of Agriculture and Shandong Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Bureau, many new products were used in government procurement catalog of products by the United Nations and China. We have made significant social and economic benefits, and the achievement demonstration and extension were promoted in more than 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. We have jointly trained 66 doctors and masters and founded excellent communication and cooperation relationship with the relevant units from United States, Germany, Canada, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Israel, Japan and New Zealand. We have actively served the local economic development, established more than 100 demonstration bases and technical service partners, trained all kinds of technical personnel 100000 people, made a positive contribution for national animal husbandry and veterinary development and farmers' income. 

　　After the scientific development of past ten years, we are especially and fully aware of: comprehensive construction of cooperation and Innovation academy with the combination of research, education and production is the right way  for our actual development. Qualified personnel are the first competitiveness. The road to success of making academy powerful is our employment conception: making full use of the existing talents, retaining the key talents, introducing the leading talents, cultivating the backbone talents. Science and technology innovation is the staying power of development, the support of core competitiveness, the pillar of future and the primary task of all staff.  Research learning industry cooperation innovation is the characteristic and life of the industry serving the national sustainable development; science and technology promotion service is the people-oriented academy and important public function of serving the community. 

　　With the passage of time and years vicissitudes, the weather-beaten course, self-motivated forward and developmental leaps for the fifty years was closely linked with the hard work of all staffs, the support and attention from the leaders at all levels and social peers. On the occasion of the fifty years anniversary, on behalf of Shandong Binzhou animal Science and Veterinary Medicine Academy staffs, I send my sincere greetings to the friends accompanied me study, work and growth at home and abroad! I wish to express my heartfelt thanks and best wishes to new and old friends with long-term care and support for the creation and development! 

　　50 years of tempering work and seeking innovation is worth our life-long treasure! Recalling the past, we were nausea through blood, unyielding, perseverance and work hard; Today, we are oriented-people, serving the society, science and technology innovation, industry serve the country; Looking forward to future, we will be filled with boundless pride, innovation-driven, "Five in One", cooperation and mutual benefits.  We are sincerely looking forward to collaborate with the social peers and friends at home and abroad in the future development of innovation, development, of ecological civilization construction, common innovation drive and lead the development of modern animal husbandry make a positive contribution to advance the construction of well-off society!
