山东省畜禽用蜂胶疫苗研究开发推广中心经山东省畜牧局同意，山东省科委批准的在山东省滨州畜牧兽医研究院组建的行业技术研究开发推广中心。其主要任务是进一步加快畜禽蜂胶疫苗系列产品的研究与开发，在省内外积极开展推广应用，并认真做好技术培训、技术服务等工作。该中心是我国最早从事畜禽用蜂胶疫苗研究开发的单位，也是研究开发成果最为丰硕的单位，先后承担国家级、省级、部级有关蜂胶疫苗的研究开发项目十余项，获国家、省、地、科技成果奖8项，其中，发明的禽霍乱蜂胶灭活疫苗获国家发明三等奖，并先后获得国家级新兽药证书、国家级新产品证书、中国发明专利证书。在国内外重要学术刊物上发表有关蜂胶疫苗的论文50余篇，其中8篇被联合国粮农组织《Agris》和美国的《Poultry Abstracts》、英国的《Veterimary Bulletin》等国外权威刊物收录，引起国内外专家的密切注意与高度重视。该中心为加快蜂胶疫苗的科技创新，以人为本，重点抓好中心的人才队伍建设，目前，从事蜂胶疫苗研究开发的科研人员已达30多人，其中，研究员2名，副研究员4名，助理研究员6名，研究实习员15名，其中2人为山东省专业技术拔尖人才和荣享国务院政府特贴的专家，目前在该中心还有4名研究生正从事于有关本课题方面的研究工作。近10年来，该中心共获得国家、省、地成果奖十多项，在国际国内学术刊物发表论文100多篇。其中有10余篇被联合国粮农组织、农业科技情报系统等国外权威刊物收录。居世界领先水平的禽霍乱蜂胶灭活疫苗荣获国家发明三等奖，并先后获得国家发明专利证书、国家级新产品证书和国家级新兽药证书。

　Shandong propolis vaccine research & development center was approved by Shandong Bureau of Animal Husbandry, granted by Shandong Science and Technology Commission, and established in Shandong Binzhou Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Research Institute to promote industry technology research and development. Its primary mission was to further accelerate the research and development of a series of propolis vaccine products for livestock and poultry, to facilitate the products application both within and outside the province positively, and to make earnest preparations for skill training, technical services and so on. The center was the first engaged in propolis vaccine research and development for livestock and poultry in China, owned the most fruitful results of research and development, undertaked more than ten items of national, provincial and ministerial projects, and received eight items of science and technology achievement awards in which the fowl cholera propolis inactivative vaccine won the national third award, and successively obtained The New National Certificate of Veterinary Drugs, National New Product Certification, and National Invention Patent Certificate.At home and abroad, more than 50 articles related to propolis vaccine have been published in important academic journals, in which 8 articles were embodied by the authoritative publications such as the United Nations FAO 《Agris》, and the United States 《Poultry Abstracts》, and the United Kingdom 《Veterimary Bulletin》. These results had caused close attention and great focus from the domestic and foreign experts. In order to speed up the scientific and technological ability for propolis vaccine innovation, the center takes the people-oriented idea and pays special attention to the development of talented personal construction. At present, more than 30 researchers are engaged in the research and development of propolis vaccine, including 2 researchers, an associate researcher, 4 assistantresearchers and 15 research interns. Among them, 2 researchers are top-notch talent awarded by Shandong Province Government and enjoy the special paste from the State Council. The center also has 4 graduate students to be engaged in the relevant aspects of propolis vaccine research. During the recent 10 years, the center has obtained more than 10 items of national, provincial and municipal science and technology achievement awards, and published over 100 papers in international and domestic academic journals. Among them, more than 10 articles are cited by overseas authoritative publication such as United Nations FAO and Agricultural Scientific and Technical Information System. The world-level fowl cholera inactivated propolis vaccine has been awarded the national invention third prize and successively obtained National Invention Patent Certificate, National New Product Certification and The New National Certificate of Veterinary Drugs.
