由山东省滨州畜牧兽医研究院与山东绿都生物科技有限公司联合承担建设，总投资1000多万元，于1999年10月投入使用并对国内外开放。实验室依托于山东省滨州畜牧兽医研究院，目前由沈志强研究员任实验室主任。学术委员会由15名国内同行著名专家教授组成。实验室现有科技人员30多名，其中荣享国家级有突出贡献的中青年专家1名，中国青年科技奖获得者2名，国务院政府特贴的专家2名，研究员4名，副研究员8名；博士、硕士20余名。

实验室条件:
　　实验室建筑面积3000多平方米，下设基因工程室、基因诊断室、分子细菌学研究室、分子病毒学研究室、分子免疫学研究室、细胞工程研究室、发酵工程研究室、微生态学研究室、人兽共患病研究室、细菌疫苗研究室、病毒疫苗研究室、免疫增强剂研究室、精密仪器室、微机室、试剂库与档案室等。拥有荧光PCR扩增仪、PCR扩增仪、原子吸收分光光度计、全自动酶标仪、贝克曼高速冷冻离心机、凝胶成像分析仪、荧光显微镜、倒置显微镜、二氧化碳培养箱、全自动发酵罐系统、电泳系统、超纯水制造系统、孵化系统、脉冲基因导入仪、紫外分光光度计、气相色谱仪等先进仪器设备。另外还有2200m2标准洁净动物舍，为动物试验提供了良好的条件。

研究方向、内容：
　　实验室按照“自主创新、重点跨越、支撑发展、引领未来”的科技方针，瞄准国内外生物技术研究的科技前沿趋势和国内畜牧兽医生产发展的需要，加强科技自主创新，以从事防制重大畜禽传染病和人兽共患病为主的兽医生物制品、蜂胶疫苗、免疫增强剂等生物活性因子、基因工程、细胞工程制品、基因诊断技术、快速诊断技术、免疫检测技术、疫苗免疫机理、疫病免疫调控和微生态学的研究为研究方向，发展兽医生物技术与兽医生物制品等高科技产业，开辟畜禽重大疫病与人兽共患病免疫防制和生物技术防治的新途径。

　The laboratory was constructed by the Shandong Binzhou Animal Science ＆Veterinary research institute and Shandong Lvdu Bio-Sciences & Technology Co.Ltd. which was invested more than 10 million totally and operated to the domestic and foreign in October, 1999. The laboratory depended on the Shandong Binzhou Animal Science ＆Veterinary research institute, at present researcher Shen Zhiqiang was appointed by laboratory chief. The Academic Committee was composed of 15 domestic colleague renowned experts and professors. Laboratory existing technical personnel more than 30, the glory enjoys the statelevel to have outstanding contributions middleaged expert 1, Chinese youth science and technology prize winner 2, the State Council Governmentpastes especially expert 2, researcher 4, associate research fellow 8; Doctor, master 20.

Laboratory conditions:
　The laboratory architectural area was more than 3000 square meters, including the genetic engineering room, the gene diagnosis room, the molecular bacteriology laboratory, the molecular virology laboratory, the molecular immunology laboratory, the cellular engineering laboratory, the fermentation engineering laboratory, the micro ecology laboratory, the person beast altogether to be sick the laboratory, the bacterial vaccine laboratory, the virus vaccines laboratory, the immunity intensifier laboratory, the precise instrument room, the microcomputer room, the reagent storehouse and the archive office and so on. There were many advanced instrumentations, including the real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR, the PCR instrument, the atomic absorption spectrophotometer, the automated immunoanalyser, Beckmann, high-speed freezing centrifuge, the gel image analysis system., the fluorescence microscope, the inverted microscope, the carbon d-ioxide incubator, automatic fermenter, the electrophoresis systematic, the ultra pure water manufacture system, the hatching system, the gene transfection apparatus, the ultraviolet spectrophotometer, the gas phase chromatograph and so on. In addition, there was the 2200 m2 standard pure animal shed ,which provided favourable conditions for animal experiments.

　The laboratory refered to the technical policy “the independent innovation, the key spanning, the support development, anticipate the future”, which would beaimed at the research tendency of the domestic and foreignbiotechnology and the need developing of the domestic animal husbandry veterinarian produces; Which would be strengthened the technical independent innovation and should be engaged in protection of significant poultry infectious disease; Which would be done best at technical reserve, including zoonosisveterinarian biological activity factors, the genetic engineering, the cellular engineering products, the gene diagnosis technology, the fast diagnosis technology, the immunoassay technology, the vaccine immune mechanism, epidemic disease immunity regulation and the micro ecology. propolis vaccines, immunoenhancer research primarily as the research direction; Which would be developed hightech industry of the veterinarian biotechnology and the veterinarian biological products; Which would be opened the new path of the immunity protection and the biotechnology prevention at the poultry significant epidemic disease and the zoonosis.
