滨州家畜胚胎移植研究开发中心于1999年经市府批准组建。2001年由山东省滨州畜牧兽医研究院和山东省滨州高级职业学院联合出资成立"山东省滨州金牧胚胎生物技术有限公司"，经营范围：以奶牛、波尔山羊为重点的动物良种、精液、胚胎及技术咨询、技术培训等项服务。现有中高级专业技术人员10名，聘任国家级胚胎移植专家柏学进教授为客座研究员。与全国多家科研高校建立了技术协作关系。中心试验楼建筑面积1034m2，牛羊舍600m2，购置了国内外先进的胚胎冷冻仪、腹腔镜、实体显微镜、CO2培养箱等专用仪器设备26台套。承担着省级农业综合开发项目"滨州市良种奶牛胚胎移植产业化开发"。市级科学技术发展计划的"牛羊胚胎移植产业化技术研究"课题；自2000年已完成洼地绵羊移植德国肉用绵羊、鲁北白山羊移植波尔山羊五批，现饲养移植产出的纯种波尔山羊400余只。年生产能力为移植受体1000只，产波尔山羊羔羊500只-600只。奶牛胚胎移植自2001年启动。引进加拿大高产奶牛胚胎100枚，高产奶牛2头。年产奶量10000公斤。当年产出两头母犊。首批在中心、市奶牛场、滨城区、博兴县移植的低产奶牛、黄牛72头，现已陆续出生。2002年又从澳大利亚引进怀孕母牛30头，32头高产奶牛供体，年生产高产奶牛胚胎移植300余枚，高产奶牛犊近200头。成为农业产业化的动物良种龙头企业，加快了良种改良步伐，有力的推动了肉羊业和奶牛业的健康发展，取得了明显的社会经济效益。

Binzhou Research and Development Center of Livestock Embryo Transplantation was licensed and organized by municipal government in 1999. The subordinant unit of the center, Shandong Binzhou Jinmu embryo biotechnological Co. Ltd. was invested by Shandong Binzhou Academy of Animal ＆Veterinary and Senior Professional Training College in 2001. Its area of bussiness mainly covers such items as animal breed, semen and embryo, and such service as technology consulation and technology training centering on dairy cow and Boer goat.There are ten intermediate/senior professional experts, and a state-level embryo transplantation expert, professor, Bo Xuejin, as guest researcher. The accademic cooperattion of the center has been constructed with many national research institutres, universities and the center. The testing center was build on the area of 1034 m2, and the barn for cow and sheep stands on the area of 2600 m2. They were equiped with 26 advanced professional apparatus, such as Embryo Refrigerator, Laparoscope, Stero microscope, CO2 incubater and so on. Many international good breeds were imported successfully, such as: Boer goat, Texel-sheep, Poll Dorset, Meilinu sheep and inward Hesitan high-yielding cow and so on. The center has successfully completed “research and application of mutton sheep embryo transplantation”, one of national key scientific and technological projects, and “industrialization development of high-yielding cow embryo transpl antation”, one of national agricultural development projects, perfectly, and bred hundreds of purebred Boer goats, German mutton lambs and high-yielding Hesitan. In 2000, breeding fields of Boer goat and high-yielding cow were set up, authorized by Shandong Provincial Department of Animal Husbandry.There are over 400 purebred Boer goats in the breeding fields now. And 1000 transplantation receptors were produced and 500-600 Boer lambs were borne very year. There are 32 introduced high-yielding cow receptors and more than 300 embryos of high-yielding cow and about 100 high-yielding cows were produced every year. At preseant the breeding field is one of the leading industrialized agriculture enterprises, has quickened and healthily developed of mutton sheep and cow, and obtained obvious socioeconomic benifits.
